Undergraduate Student from School of Chemical Engineering wins gold medal in "2010 Korea Cyber International Genius inventor Fair- CIGIF 2010", South Korea     A B.Sc. student of Chemical Engineering at IUST, Danial Abuali, won the gold medal in the "2010 Korea Cyber International Genius inventor Fair- CIGIF 2010".

Publication of papers presented in the "First National Conference on Hydrogen and Fuel Cell" in a recognized international journal 

The IUST Robotic Student team named Immortals won the championship standing of the 2nd Amir Kabir University of Technology International Robotic Competitions and 3rd National Khwarizmi Robotic Competitions.

On May 20, 2009 Ms. Guernier, Regional Manager of Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations accompanied with the representative of Embassy of Australia in Tehran, met Prof. Baziar the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Dr. Mirzamohammadi, Director Office of International and Scientific Cooperation.

A delegation from the Department of Life Sciences at University of Kent, visited IUST on Wednesday May 13, 2009. The delegation was comprised of Prof. Ian Bruce, Dr. Nokhodchi and Dr. Mousavi.

Meeting with faculty members from  Victoria University of Wellington and Anadolu University was held on April 26,2009.  

A delegation from LSIS ( Leading Solutions Industrial Systems) visited IUST on Wednesday Feb. 11, 2009. The delegation was comprised of the president, Vice President and Senior Managers of LSIS.  

Dr. Saeed Mirza Mohammadi was appointed Director of the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation in replacement of Professor F. Golestanifard.

Iran University of Science and Technology signed an MOU with Curtin University of Technology (Australia) on Jan. 15, 2007.

The Second Tehran International Congress on Manufacturing Engineering (TICME2007) is being held during December 10-13, 2007, in Tehran.

Meeting with the representative of Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia, at the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation

The Academic Year of 2007-2008 has started today, september 23, 2007.

A MOU on developing the scientific cooperation was signed between IUST and Milan Technical University, Italy, in July 2007.

A delegation from Harat University, Afghanistan, visited IUST on July 2, 2007 and observed the educational and research activates of IUST.

The Office of Scientific and International cooperation of IUST hosted a French Professor in May 30- June 3, 2007.

Following the previous Memorandum of Understanding signed among Iran University of Science and Technology, National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (NMAU) and Technical Cooperation Office, Iran (TCO) in February 2007, in order to initiate one of the Cooperation grounds of the MoU, a one-day joint seminar was held at IUST on May 22, 2007 with the presentation of 4 lecturers and experts from NMAU
